Return Policy

All sales are considered final. In exceptional cases where a product is received damaged or does not match the description provided, Allison life sciences will offer replacements. To qualify for a replacement, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with accompanying photographs and the packing slip.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request you to not accept damaged or opened box by courier delivery person as our liability becomes null & void if a damaged/opened/soiled box is received from courier person. Allison life sciences reserves the right to refuse returns if the returns do not meet the defined criteria. Allison life sciences maintains a list of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. Allison life sciences reserves the right to deny access to and/or cancel orders from customers who fall on this list.

Domestic Orders (India):

Shipping Charges: Orders under Rs. 1499 will incur standard shipping charges. Orders above Rs. 1499 qualify for free shipping. Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery takes an additional 6-7 business days. Note that these times are approximate and may extend during holidays or special launches and/or under special circumstances.

International Orders:

Shipping Charges:

There is a flat shipping fee of $25 for international orders, with free shipping on orders over $100. Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery taking 10-15 business days. Delivery times are tentative and may vary during busy periods. Customs and Additional Fees: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees not included in the product price and/or shipping cost. These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Replacement Policy:

Replacements for damaged and/or incorrect products will be processed at no additional cost within approximately 5 working days of delivery confirmation.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be considered under special circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days following receipt and verification of the return. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take 4-6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags attached, serial number if any should not be tampered and the product should not have been used or altered, within 5 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
